Fundraising & Nepali Culture


Today is our last day in Lincoln, NE!

…at least for 1 month.  Before we head to the airport, I figured we should talk about our fundraising efforts as well as the culture that we’ll be stepping into (this will force me to do some research and be at least semi-prepared for culture shock)!


For those of you who have ever fundraised for trips or charities before, you are probably familiar with the nervous knot in your stomach that comes with asking people for money. It’s a humbling and challenging thing to do – admitting you need help and your success is directly tied to someone else’s generosity.
